PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Dried Cherries are prepared from sound, mature, fresh cherries which have been washed, tunnel dried, stemmed and pitted. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure conformance to good manufacturing practices, yielding a clean, wholesome product which meets all standards for human consumption. PHYSICAL Color: black, with hints of dark red, reasonably uniform and characteristic of unsulfured dried cherries. Flavor: sweet to tart, typical of the variety, and free from off flavors.
