human consumption.
PHYSICAL
Color: dark orange to brown characteristic
of un-sulfured dried apricots.
Flavor: sweet to tart, typical of the
variety, and free from off flavors.
Defects: reasonably free of defects
Sizes: available in,diced
(3-5,5-8,8-10,10-12 mm),or bulk as a whole
PACKAGING
This product is packed bulk (diced or undiced)
in cartons of 10 or 12,5 kgs.
STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
This product is best stored in cool
(40-50°F), dry (50-60% RH) conditions, and
should be used within 6 months for optimal
quality. Store at 32°F or less for prolonged
shelf life.
