Apricots are a beautiful bright orange in color with a delicate, sweet flavor.
Nutrients in apricots can help protect the heart and eyes, as well as
provide the disease-fighting effects of fiber. The high beta-carotene
and lycopene activity of apricots makes them important heart health
foods. Both beta-carotene and lycopene protect LDL cholesterol from
oxidation, which may help prevent heart disease.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Natural Dried Apricots are prepared from sound, mature, fresh apricots which have been washed, peeled,sun dried and cut to desired size(diced).. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure conformance to good manufacturing practices, yielding a clean, wholesome product which meets all standards for human consumption.

Color:
dark orange to brown characteristic of un-sulfured dried apricots.
Flavor: sweet to tart, typical of the variety, and free from off flavors.
Defects: reasonably free of defects
Sizes: available in,diced (3-5,5-8,8-10,10-12 mm),or bulk as a whole

PACKAGING
This product is packed bulk (diced or undiced) in cartons of 10 or 12,5 kgs.

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE
This product is best stored in cool (40-50°F), dry (50-60% RH) conditions, and should be used within 6 months for optimal quality. Store at 32°F or less for prolonged shelf life.
